Cake recipe comes from Dorotuś and this is the best cake for cottages that tried out.

Podobny problem jak u Patrycji- ciasto zbyt kruche, verbatim “sypało” się w rękach!!! I would add, że dobrze ostudziłam masę zważywszy na poprzedni komentarz… I faktycznie ciasto jest b. tłuste. Bardzo długo zajęło mi rozwałkowywanie go tak, aby móc powycinać foremki, cały czas się rozrywało… Na szczęście robiłam to od razu na papierze do pieczenia, w innym wypadku nie byłoby szans na przeniesienie na blachę. Po upieczeniu ciasto nie zmieniło rozmarów, więc efekt osiągnięty! Ale dużym kosztem…
Robiłam ciasto z połowy przepisu (na jeden domek), jest go naprawdę dosłownie tyle ile potrzeba… Dla spokoju ducha i wygody pieczenia polecam zrobić większą porcję!!!
The only thing I can think of, This flour. Jak często powtarzam, mąka mące nierówna, mają różną wilgotność i pewnie stąd ten problem. Ja zawsze robię z jednej i tej samej mąki i nigdy z takim problemem się nie spotkałam, ale chyba dopiszę to w przepisie, żeby dodać mniej mąki a potem ewentualnie dosypać, jeśli konsystencja będzie za luźna.

nie polecam tego przepisu. Ciasto bylo baaardzo kruche, nawet wycietych kawalkow nie moglam przeniesc na tace. Robilam wszystko tak jak w przepisie czyli lekko ostudzilam mase. Byla jeszcze ciepla. Nie obwiniam Pania w tym, bo moze to ja cos zrobilam nie tak, but I didn't succeed at all 🙁
Repeatedly tested recipe, nigdy nie miałam z ciastem żadnych problemów, zresztą nawet nikt z czytelników nigdy nie pisał o podobnym problemie. Może jednak ciut za dużo mąki poszło do ciasto? Bo mąka mące nierówna… Injury, that it didn't work out 🙁

Hello, domki wyszły Ci przepięknie:) , fajny przepis ,ale chyba zrobiłam coś nie tak, ciasto wyszło mi jakieś takie tłuste, trzymałam się przepisu. Czy przyczyną może być to, że składniki płynne były za ciepłe?? Nic innego nie przychodzi mi do głowy :/
Hmmm… Trudno powiedzieć, może faktycznie zabyt ciepły miód wlałaś. A czy to wpłynęło jakoś na efekt końcowy? Bo jeśli nie, to bym się tym nie przejmowała zbytnio.

chciałabym w tym roku zrobić taki domek z dzieckiem, ale mam problem, ponieważ jestem uczulona na miód. Nie wiem czym moge go zastąpić go w tym przepisie, a boję się wyrabiać ciasto, gdy w środku jest miód. a robienie w rękawiczkach to już przesada;)
czy jest jakiś tani zamiennik, albo gdybym go pominęła to w jakich proporcjach mam zrobić ciasto, żeby konsystencja była dobra?

W innych przepisach miód można zastąpić golden syrupem, I think, że tutaj też . Do kupienia w kuchniach świata lub można zrobić samemu. Musisz poszukać przepisu w internecie, bo u mnie niestety nie ma.

Przepis zmodyfikowałam – dodałam biały cukier i łyżkę kakao na podwojoną porcję. Wyszły cudowne. Kleję karmelem – szybko i trwale. Nie trzeba się bać, że np. it will fall apart during transport :) Just be careful with your fingers, łatwo o bąble.

According to me it is not the fault of the, that you are doing something wrong. But I bet humidity.
And I've got this little trick for people that lived in the UK: I recommend to buy Royal Icing sugar (any company) – powdered sugar is powdered protein containing chicken. Just add a little bit of water / lemon juice and get mentioned in the recipe gestures frosting.
