Of course, gingerbread cottages. The first time I did this house, This was not without disturbances, who has it garnish. I had to bake for another:) So now wary baked immediately 3, that each had its own hut. The dough for these cabins is perfect, does not deform and is not deformed when baking. Once cooled, it gets hard. The hardest step is gluing of parts of a house in the whole, but if you do it in stages, This all goes as it should. Ingredients (of the following ingredients should go out two small huts, by the dimensions of the template):
- 600g of wheat flour (ponieważ niektórym ciasto się bardzo kruszyło, proponuję wsypać ok. 500g i ewentualnie później dosypywać jeśli ciasto będzie zbyt luźne)
- 250g margarine (if the house will be eaten recommend butter)
- 200g dark muscovado sugar (White sugar is not suitable)
- 7 tablespoons liquid honey
- 1,5 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 gingerbread spice packaging
In a pot place the margarine, sugar, honey and heat, until everything is dissolved. Cool slightly.
To the mixer bowl add flour, soda, Gingerbread spice, pour the melted margarine into the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4-5mm and cut out the individual elements of a holiday. Top rolling out immediately on baking paper, then it will be easier to carry all the items on the plaque. The walls can cut any shape, windows which will, all at their own discretion, depending on the molds have.
Bake at 180 ° C for 12 minutes. The edges of the dough should be slightly browned. Remove from the oven, moment to leave on a baking tray – the dough will be soft. When slightly harden przestygnie and move on to the grill cool completely.

For gluing chalet:
- 1 egg white
- about 1,5 cups granulated sugar
