For the holidays must be a cheesecake. This year I decided to finally try out the recipe, the cooked cheesecake. So much I've heard about it, that could not be missed and in my. Its decisive advantage is, that does not break and does not fall. While I do not mind too much in sernikach. A second advantage is that, that is ready faster than baked cheesecake. The taste? A bit different than the usual cheesecakes, but very, very good. I recommend you very much.

Pastry
- 1/2 kg of wheat flour
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1 egg
- 1 yolk
- 200g butter
- 2-3 tablespoons sour cream (I gave 18%)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Plaque measuring 25×35 cm parchment paper for baking.
Knead the ingredients given uniform, a smooth dough. Cool in a refrigerator for about one hour. Then the dough into two parts. Roll out each portion to size plates. Each unit separately oven at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes (the dough should be nicely brown).
The components of the curd:
- 1 kg of milled cheese ( I used to Piątnicy wiaderkowego)
- 1 cup sugar *
- 1 Sugar with real vanilla
- 100g butter
- 1/2 glass of milk [250ml]
- 2 yolk
- 1 1 egg
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
Cheese mixed with sugar and eggs. Add chopped into several pieces of butter. Transfer to a saucepan and heat strongly. When the weight starts to boil add the cornstarch stir in milk. Boil vigorously stirring until, until the mixture begins to thicken.
First fragile top lay in the lamina, pour on the hot weight of the cheese and cover with the second counter. Allow to cool and chill. Before serving sprinkle chocolate.
Glaze:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3tablespoons sifted cocoa.
Boil butter, milk and sugar, add cocoa and mix thoroughly.
*my glass = 250ml
