Pluszki - bułki drożdżowe

I had never thought, that used to fall in love with yeast dough. Because they are so hard to do and is so capricious. Now is a lie! According to. me there is nothing simpler. I love making yeast cakes and enjoy this wonderful fragrance which spreads through the house while baking. Today I wanted to offer you a very tasty yeast rolls, that his appearance encourages you to try. And the coolest stuff, This can be done with different fillings and different shapes. Ingredients 16 buns:

  • 325ml of lukewarm milk
  • 50g melted butter

I try to bake your buns with this recipe that makes me wonder what purpose is added to mayonnaise for a sweet yeast dough. Never with something like that is not met even though my grandmother, aunt and mom baked a lot of. Please explain
