I do not know how you, but I really like homemade bread. Almost no longer buy bread, bo access sama, but time and the bread is needed variety. Then, eager to invent different rolls and rather them their little family. These scones were created out of laziness. It was one of those rare days, when the house ran out of bread, and the shop did not want anyone to go. So a little messed in the bowl, and the resultant those delicious scones. Ingredients 10 buns:
- 400g of whole-wheat flour

- 25g of fresh yeast (dried should add half)
- 200ml of milk
- 100ml of water
- 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt
- 1,5 teaspoon salt
- level teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of oil
Milk with water slightly warmed. Sift the flour into a bowl. Make a hole, Pour the crushed yeast, sugar and pour over warm (not hot!) milk. After this, time to add all the other ingredients and knead a smooth dough. Let stand covered at room temperature, to double in volume (about 1,5 hours). When the dough doubles in volume, remove it from the bowl and knead briefly – in order to get rid of air bubbles. Then divide the dough into 10 of, of each muffin form. Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper, slightly flattening the hand. Cover with a cloth and let stand for about. 10 minutes until puffed up. Before baking bread spread with milk.
Bake in preheated oven at 190 ° C for about 20 minutes, to a nice golden brown in rolls. After this time, remove from the oven, translate into a lattice and cool.
