- 4 eggs
- 4 heaped tablespoons of potato flour
- 4 tablespoons of flour

- 140g of sugar
- 125g butter
In a saucepan boil half a liter of milk with butter and sugar. The remaining milk, mix with eggs and flours. The brewing pour the milk mixture with eggs and flour and cook pudding. It should be thoroughly and vigorously stir, the pudding is not burnt and there were lumps. Cook for a few minutes.
Plaque 25x30cm put aluminum foil or baking paper (will be easier to remove the cake), the first layer of the bottom frame biscuits. Do not put on weight fudge, and covered with a second layer of biscuits. Then put hot pudding and arrange the last layer of the cake. Beat whipping cream with powdered sugar to stiff. Put it on the layer cake. Sprinkle with grated dark chocolate. Refrigerate dough.

I have no idea, budyń z tego przepisu wychodzi zwarty.
Ja zawsze daję mniej mleka niż podano w przepisach. Być może u Ciebie to właśnie była wina zbyt dużej ilości.
Tez masa budyniowa wyszla lekko plynna ale pomyslalam sobie ze wyleje na herbatniki i moze w lodowce stezeje jednak nie udalo sie. Czy moge zjesc takie ciasto- zaznaczam ze w smaku jest super!!!

Hello, chciałam zrobić to ciasto wprowadzając odrobine wariacji, ale nigdy go nie jadlam wiec boje sie ze moje zmiany nie beda tu pasowac, czytalam jednak ze to ciasto jest troche mdłe ze wzgledu na mase budyniową czy moznaby dorzucic do niej truskawek? Chcialam upiec biszkopt na niego wylozyc pokrojone truskawki, zalac masą budyniową, wylozyc warstwe krakersów, na to masa kajmakowa, znowu krakersy i bita smietana. Jak Pani mysli? I have to admit, the third day preferably tasted cake. Dlatego ja robię masę smietanowa z kwaśnej śmietany i fixa do bitej smietany. Wtedy kwaśny smak śmietany trochę “odsladza” 😉
A ja trochę zmieniłam i nie wyszło aż takie mdłe zamiast słodkich herbatników dałam słone krakersy a zamiast masy budyniowy krem karpatka i wyszlo super wcale nie takie mdle warto spróbować
