Ingredients:

  • ca. 400g biscuits
  • weight can fudge
  • 500ml double cream, strongly cooled
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (you can skip)
  • mass puddings
  • 70g dark chocolate, grated on a coarse mesh

Ingredients for the mass of pudding:

  • 750ml of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 heaped tablespoons of potato flour
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • package with real vanilla sugar or teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 140g of sugar
  • 125g butter

In a saucepan boil half a liter of milk with butter and sugar. The remaining milk, mix with eggs and flours. The brewing pour the milk mixture with eggs and flour and cook pudding. It should be thoroughly and vigorously stir, the pudding is not burnt and there were lumps. Cook for a few minutes.

Plaque 25x30cm put aluminum foil or baking paper (will be easier to remove the cake), the first layer of the bottom frame biscuits. Do not put on weight fudge, and covered with a second layer of biscuits. Then put hot pudding and arrange the last layer of the cake. Beat whipping cream with powdered sugar to stiff. Put it on the layer cake. Sprinkle with grated dark chocolate. Refrigerate dough.

Robilam masa budyniowa dokladnie wedlug przepisu i cala sie rozplynela. W zasadzie nie nadawala sie do wylania na ciasto. Co zrobilam nie tak?

Ja zawsze daję mniej mleka niż podano w przepisach. Być może u Ciebie to właśnie była wina zbyt dużej ilości.

Tez masa budyniowa wyszla lekko plynna ale pomyslalam sobie ze wyleje na herbatniki i moze w lodowce stezeje jednak nie udalo sie. Czy moge zjesc takie ciasto- zaznaczam ze w smaku jest super!!!

Hello,proszę powiedzieć czy herbatników nie należy namoczyc np.w mleku aby nie były chrupkie tylko miękkie? Pytanie nr 2 jak poradzić sobie z krojeniem i wyjmowaniem aby wyszły takie piękne spojone kawałeczki jak u ciebie? Kiedyś jadłam smaków ok ale estetyka polega, ciasto rozwalalo się i widziałam ze był problem z krojeniem i wyjeciem z blachy..

Szukałam przepisu na 3 bita i od razu weszłam na Twoją stronę bo wiem , że robisz bardzo smakowite ciasta… i tym razem też się nie pomyliłam to ciasto w twoim wykonaniu jest baaaardzo pyszne i za każdym razem wychodzi. This recipe will stay with me for good 🙂 Thanks very 😉

Hello, chciałam zrobić to ciasto wprowadzając odrobine wariacji, ale nigdy go nie jadlam wiec boje sie ze moje zmiany nie beda tu pasowac, czytalam jednak ze to ciasto jest troche mdłe ze wzgledu na mase budyniową czy moznaby dorzucic do niej truskawek? Chcialam upiec biszkopt na niego wylozyc pokrojone truskawki, zalac masą budyniową, wylozyc warstwe krakersów, na to masa kajmakowa, znowu krakersy i bita smietana. Jak Pani mysli? I ask a specialist 🙂

So tempted by promises of cake did 3 Bit-a i co? IT WAS NOT WORTH! and I have no regret to the author of this,because everyone has their tastes and flavors I did not become a fan of this cake. Why? but because of the bland… do not expect ,,some,, the mass of a particular flavor fudge,Śmietana ,pudding and biscuits everything is bland.. and too sweet(teetering on the limits of tolerable sweetness and przesłodzenia) :(.Too bad.. I would add that I am a person who likes sweets,and do not belong to the fastidious…
To all those who are looking for something cool definitely recommend apple pie sprinkled on which the provisions of the collection is in necie.Tego dough never repeat.

Unfortunately, ale muszę przyznać Pani racje.Ciasto jest bardzo mdłe i jak dla mnie za słodkie. It looks very appetizing, but the taste is not such 🙁

Dlatego ja robię masę smietanowa z kwaśnej śmietany i fixa do bitej smietany. Wtedy kwaśny smak śmietany trochę “odsladza” 😉

A ja trochę zmieniłam i nie wyszło aż takie mdłe zamiast słodkich herbatników dałam słone krakersy a zamiast masy budyniowy krem karpatka i wyszlo super wcale nie takie mdle warto spróbować

Pastry very good, my son at times be snacking :))
But I have to admit, with it is not too sweet, and I added to the whisked cream additionally 2 or 3 teaspoons of caramel mixes, powdered sugar because it does not poslodzil. I continue to inch pie is medium sweet, no weight besides fudge :))
For sure I will come back provision, I greet.
