Today I decided to bake something, of which my hubby will be pleased. Because imagine, can tell, that I do not do any good:( Well, let him have, and does not talk nonsense. Rolled like a poppy, but still not completely. Very easy and very tasty yeast dough. And what is important, doing it quickly. Well, this crumble… This time, I could not resist, and I was the first in obskubywaniu. I recommend you very much!
The provision found in the newspaper 'Pastries with crumble'.
Ingredients for the dough:
- 325g of wheat flour
- 25g of fresh yeast
- 150ml of lukewarm milk
- 1 yolk
- 30g of sugar
- 50g melted butter
- pinch of salt
Sift flour into a bowl, Dissolve yeast in the summer milk and pour into the flour, add all remaining ingredients and mix to a smooth and elastic dough. Let stand covered at room temperature 30 – 40 minutes.
At that time the mass of poppy prepare.
Poppy mass:
- 250ml of water
- 150g ground poppy (I bought ready ground)
- 100g of sugar
- 150g marzipan cut into small cubes (I wiped the coarse mesh)
- about half of glass of bread crumbs (I added crushed dry sponge)
Boil Water, add all ingredients and mix thoroughly. If the weight was too thin, sprinkle bread crumbs yet. Allow to cool.
When dough remove from the pan and briefly again to form. Roll out into a square about 40x40cm. Spread evenly poppy mass of dough and fold the sides to the center – first one, then the second. Put the dough on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle top crust.
Crumble:
- 150g flour
- 90g of sugar
- 15g of vanilla sugar
- 90g melted butter
Crumb mix all the ingredients together such, for making pellets.
Bake at 200 ° C for 35 – 40 minutes. If the dough too quickly took on the color, when 20 minutes, covered with aluminum foil. Remove from the oven and let it cool. After cooling polukrować.

Asiu kolejny raz powtarzam… na Ciebie (czytaj Twoje przepisy) zawsze można liczyć. Uwielbiam drożdżowe z makiem – ale jakoś tak nie mam odwagi na rolade po prostu nie wychodzi a tu… zawijaniec a jakże… dziś zrobilam. Pyyyszności.
Polecam dla posiadaczek (czyli trochę leniuszków jak ja) maszyny do chleba. Ponieważ zrobiłam to właśnie w maszynie, na programie “ciasto rosnące”.

I baked this cake yesterday and it turned out as usual… taste delicious but dropped in the middle.. poppy seed cake is the only (I did think of 5 with different rules) which I do not always falls out 🙁… Can someone explain why? beautiful grown in the oven, and only after baking it falls wyjmę…
I only fell once only yeast dough and so far I have no idea why. Maybe a slight 'heat shock'… I do not know why this is happening:( But I'm glad, that although good taste.
