Sernik z kruszonką | Streusel cheesecake

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 100g of wheat flour
  • 100g of whole-wheat flour (type 2000)
  • 75g of sugar
  • 1 1 egg
  • 100g cold butter
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Mix flour with sugar, add egg, cut butter and water. Knead a smooth dough.

Cheese mass:

  • 750g of milled curd at least twice (I used basket of)
  • 150g caster sugar for baking
  • package of vanilla sugar (I gave 2 teaspoon of vanilla paste)
  • 1 vanilla pudding
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • grated lemon peel (omitted)

All the ingredients for the cheese put in a bowl and mix together until smooth. Put the cheese on the bottom of the cooled, align. Sprinkle top crust.

Crumble:

  • 200g flour
  • 100g of sugar
  • 120g melted butter

Mix the flour with the sugar, Pour the melted butter and mix between your fingers so, for making pellets.

Bake at 180 ° C for about 1 hour. Baked cheesecake remain in oven to cool repealed. Then remove the, after complete cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Pytanko, because there's a lot of cottage cheese from a bucket 🙁 you can get one from Lidl 6% fat, and some branded ones have after 18%, hence the question you used? Which one is better to use?

Mam pytanie odnosnie ilości jajek w masie serowej. Czy nie jest ich za mało i czy nie trzeba ubijać piany z białek? Są to moje początki w pieczeniu i tak.porównuje przepisy w internecie i wszędzie ubijają pianę i średnio jest 5 eggs, stąd moje pytanie.

I made cheese cake…was excellent…a little too much butter gave, but it drobiazg;). Now I'm waiting to cool cake and pudding with raspberry foam:)…I can not wait to taste.

cheesecake did the first time I used a simple flour as You handled me and came out really good I modified it 🙂 Troszke, because instead of lemon peel I added lemon flavoring 🙂 came out delicious cake to me not subsided after baking in the oven left him for the night 🙂 thanks for a great recipe… I greet
