The yeast cake with cheese and blueberries

Season in full delicious fruits, So this would be a sin not to use:). I really like this time, when the pain can cram fragrant blueberries or raspberries, juicy apricots and prunes. Then I like to invent a variety of cakes with their participation. Today I have for you a proposal for yeast dough for the bottom, with cream cheese, which is as delicate as foam, and blueberries. It is delicious and melts in the mouth. I recommend a very!

Recipe slightly altered from the book, 'A delicious cheese cake’.

Drożdżowy placek z serem i jagodami / The yeast cake with cheese and blueberries

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 375g flour
  • 25g of fresh yeast
  • 60g of sugar
  • 125ml of lukewarm milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt

Sift flour into a bowl, make a hole in it, Pour the crushed yeast, spoonful of sugar, Pour milk and fill up a small amount of flour so, in order to create consistency of thick cream. Allow to stand for 10 – 15 minutes, until the solution begins to foam. After this time, add remaining ingredients and mix smooth and elastic dough. Let stand covered at room temperature, to double in volume (with me about 1,5 hours). After this time, briefly knead the dough and roll.
Plaque size 30x40cm baking parchment paper. At the bottom of the plaque put sheeted dough. Put on the cheese cake. Put on top of berries.

Cheese mass:

  • 500g of milled curd at least twice (I used wiaderkowego 'My favorite’ of Piątnicy [polish bran of ready to use cheese])
  • 200g mascarpone
  • 4 eggs (separate the yolk and the egg white)
  • 100g of sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract (or 1 vanilla paste)
  • 1 sugar-free vanilla pudding (powder)
  • pinch of salt
  • ca 700 – 800g blueberries

Wash berries, clean and leave to drain.

All components except egg white and berry blend until smooth. For egg white add a pinch of salt and beat stiff. Gently stir it into the curd.

Bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes. After this time, remove from the oven, cool in the lamina.

Get down to the yeast have everything….the gravity, I browse and get ideas as to 375g flour – could use a hint if such glasses.

It looks wonderful and I imagine that is delicious 🙂 Bun with berries is delicious, but how to add it to the cheese is heaven in my mouth. Perfect for my contest… as they have yet to write a note, Snap Fota and throw the mail 🙂
