Today, less sweet post. This does not mean, that less delicious. I have for you a perfect little buns, perfectly suitable for a snack, works well as an addition to the meat on the grill. The first time I made it, just on the grill party, disappeared as soon, that perhaps not everyone even had time to try them. The next times were always with a double portion. I had never been even one… Fragrant garlic and herbs, soft and very, very tasty. Top, they ate:) I recommend you very much!
The recipe for the perfect cake I take from Dorotuś, the rest is self-invention:)
Ingredients 16 small rolls:
- 225ml of lukewarm milk
- 15g of fresh yeast
- 2 teaspoon caster sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 450g of wheat flour bread (as you have no bread, can be simple wheat flour)
- 30g melted butter
- 1 1 egg
Sift flour into a bowl, make a hole in it, Pour the crushed yeast, sugar and pour 3 tablespoons of warm milk. Overwhelm a small amount of flour so, in order to create consistency of thick cream. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. When the solution begins to foam, add remaining ingredients and mix smooth and elastic dough. Let stand covered at room temperature until double in volume.
After this time, remove the dough on pastry board and briefly to form. Divide into two equal parts. Each of them roll into a rectangle measuring 30x50cm. Brush with herb stuffing – garlic. Close to roulade, along the shorter side. Cut into 8 roughly equal parts (together 16). Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper cut open the bottom part, leaving a gap between the rolls (grow quite a bit during baking).
Ingredients for the filling:
- 50g very soft butter
- 2 Herb cheese 100g melted after each (I used Hochland with herbs and such recommend)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- favorite herbs (I gave thyme and basil)
Soft Cream the butter with a smooth paste serkami. Peel the garlic and squeeze the crimping tool, add to the weight. Finally, add your favorite herbs, mix.
Bake at 190 ° C for about 20 minutes. Rolls should be nicely browned. After this time, remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. They taste both still warm, and completely cooled down.
