A very popular cake, easy to make and so tasty, that are followed by only crumbs… Soft and fluffy. And I'm ashamed to admit, but never before did not go. Now I know, it was my fault. I found the recipe on the blog Katrin and thank you very much for him.
- 2 and 3/4 glass of flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk (I did not have, in kefir)
- 1/2 glass oil
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder (I gave 2)
Beat eggs with sugar until light, fluffy. Add the oil, mixing constantly and buttermilk, mixing ok 3 minutes. Sift flour with baking powder and gradually add to the mass mixing at low speeds.
Plates with dimensions of 25×30 cm parchment paper for baking, pour out the dough. On top put fruit ( for me were the plums, but can be any other).
Bake at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes or until dry stick.
After przestudzeniu sprinkle with powdered sugar.
