Buttermilk cake with plums

A very popular cake, easy to make and so tasty, that are followed by only crumbs… Soft and fluffy. And I'm ashamed to admit, but never before did not go. Now I know, it was my fault. I found the recipe on the blog Katrin and thank you very much for him.

Ciasto owocowe na maślance (ze śliwkami)

Ingredients:

  • 2 and 3/4 glass of flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk (I did not have, in kefir)
  • 1/2 glass oil
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder (I gave 2)
  • plums

Beat eggs with sugar until light, fluffy. Add the oil, mixing constantly and buttermilk, mixing ok 3 minutes. Sift flour with baking powder and gradually add to the mass mixing at low speeds.

Plates with dimensions of 25×30 cm parchment paper for baking, pour out the dough. On top put fruit ( for me were the plums, but can be any other).

Bake at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes or until dry stick.

After przestudzeniu sprinkle with powdered sugar.

I did a few times version with plums. Now it's time for raspberries. I hope, that will come out equally delicious 🙂

To ciasto jest wyjątkowo słabe. Fact, da się zjeść, ale jest suche, zbite i niczym nie zachwyca. Chyba coś jest nie tak z proporcjami. Klasyczne ucierane na oleju na 4-5 jajkach jest o niebo lepsze.

Best recipe, tried today (well with kefir instead of buttermilk) and it turned out fantastic dough!

Totally spierniczyłem cake!
“It grew” my beautiful zakalec!
Although for the first time the dough was great, beautifully grown and unfortunately, quickly disappeared.
Yesterday, ground them to accelerate the processes sugar glass… I do not know if this is sometimes not contributed to the raw spot… I added a little bit less baking powder (1,5 spoon)

I made them yesterday :). It looked great, but unfortunately in the middle of wieeeeeeeeeeeelki zakalec.
I learned, it can not be too tightly arranged fruits, because then comes out just zakalec.
Today, I will try again and let you know 🙂

I did yesterday! Extra wyszlo! even the plums przytwarde, that I acquired are delicious and juicy, a daughter, a plum in his life slipped ate yesterday 4 pieces, and today she brought to school pojemnij!!! Thanks very much for this recipe!!!

I really like this cake, despite the simplicity of operation, is very tasty. I did, now with strawberries, plums, rhubarb and gooseberry just did not work out.

So, I know the cake made to maślence / yogurt / kefirze. They are always fluffy and melt in your mouth. A Plum, my favorite 🙂
