It's the pizza dough I did a few times and never disappointed. It is made very quickly, bottom of the pizza comes out thin and crispy and fluffy side. Just as I like the most. Today's pizza was made at the request of his daughter and the kids from the neighborhood. For each in his favorite version.
Ingredients 3 bottoms with a diameter of approximately. 30cm in diameter:
- 25g of fresh yeast
- 1,5 cup of warm water
- 3,5 glass (250ml) of flour
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1,5 teaspoon salt
In a bowl sift the flour with the salt. Make a recess and add crumbled yeast. Pour half the hot (not hot) water and lightly flour overwhelm, Allow to rise for about 20 minutes. After this time, add the remaining ingredients and mix smooth and elastic dough. Set aside covered to rise for about 1,5 hours (the dough should double in volume). After this time, degas (punch). Prepared to spend on the undersides of your favorite add-ons. For me this time there were three versions of – daisy, version of Hawaiian and olives, mushrooms and ham – the most like my little daughter:)
Bake for about 15-20 minutes at a maximum temperature of the oven. A few minutes before baking sprinkle the pizza with cheese.
