It's the pizza dough I did a few times and never disappointed. It is made very quickly, bottom of the pizza comes out thin and crispy and fluffy side. Just as I like the most. Today's pizza was made at the request of his daughter and the kids from the neighborhood. For each in his favorite version.
Ingredients 3 bottoms with a diameter of approximately. 30cm in diameter:
- 25g of fresh yeast
- 1,5 cup of warm water
- 3,5 glass (250ml) of flour
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1,5 teaspoon salt
