Ingredients 8 muffinek:
- 300 g flour
- 1 flat teaspoon baking soda
- 1 flat teaspoon baking powder
- 80 g of fine brown sugar
- 150 g fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 beaten egg
- 180 ml of buttermilk *
- 125 ml of oil
In a bowl combine the dry ingredients (flour, soda, baking powder, sugar) and in the second wet (1 egg, oil, buttermilk). Combine contents of both dishes and stir in blueberries. Stir to combine the ingredients. The form of the muffin muffin cups put. Place the dough. Bake at 190 degrees by 25-30 minutes to dry stick. Cool on a wire rack.
*I did not have buttermilk so I added yogurt. The dough was very thick, I had to add half as much yogurt. This allows me to work out 15 muffinek.
