Some time ago, through Basi I learned, that 16. 10 celebrated the World Bread Day. For a long time I do not buy bread in the store, So it was natural for me, I'll take part in this cool project. I also decided to, that this time I'll bake your favorite sourdough bread, but it will be a quick and easy yeast bread. I urge you very strongly to self-baked bread, because there is nothing better, than hand-baked bread. I highly recommend the bread, of course,!
The recipe comes from the book 'Bread, Home baking ', but it has been slightly modified by me.

Ingredients for one disputes Bochenek:
- 600g whole wheat flour
- 25g of fresh yeast (10g dry)
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 100g of sunflower seeds
- 480ml of lukewarm water
Pour the flour into a bowl, add olive oil, salt, honey and seeds. Dissolve yeast in water. Pour into the flour and mix to a smooth dough. I know from experience, how different flours, So it is dissolved in a small amount of yeast, water, and gradually pour the remaining water. Kneaded dough aside, covered, at room temperature until double in volume ( I used 1,5 hours). After this time, remove the dough, short to form and put into molds or trash to grow. Allow to stand for 30 minutes.
Grown bread insert into a cold oven. Set the oven at 225 ° C for about 40 minutes. After this time, remove the grill and cool. The bread is baked, when tapped on the bottom seems hollow sound.

Nie wyglada (i zapewne nie smakuje)tak idealnie jak Pani, ale w porownaniu do tych sklepowych ‘oszustow’ to rewelacja, jest ciutke wilgotny i ta chrupiaca skorka! Uzylam 400g maki pelnoziarnistej i dodalam 100g otrab owsianych, ominelam pestki, bo ich nie mialam, ale i tak sie upiekl i teraz sobie dostojnie lezy pod sciereczka w kuchni. Yum. Regards. =)
