I have a feeling, that last little bit like you forgot about me… I know, I myself am a guilty, because little me here. But what, so do not always get along, we would wish, and life gives us a steady stream of new tasks…
I hope, despite this, that entries appear less frequently than before, abide with me and I will have a further motivation to act 🙂 .
So much by way of introduction…
Today I propose you a delicious and instant tart, which you do not including oven. You will only need biscuits or an old sponge cake, mascarpone, fondant and fruit. Tart is delicious and melts in your mouth August. The only minus is that it, that you can not stop at eating one piece. I recommend you very much!

This is my own recipe.

Tart with mascarpone without baking

Ingredients for the bottom:

  • 220g biscuits or old biscuit
  • 110g butter
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of cocoa

Biscuit crumble blender, Melt the butter. Combine the ingredients that created “wet” sand.
Rectangular form tart or badge with dimensions of 30x20cm lightly buttered. Put the prepared mass of biscuits and put her form, pushing exactly. Put in the fridge while preparing the cream.

Ingredients for the cream:

  • 500g chilled mascarpone cheese
  • 250ml strongly chilled whipping cream (I used 30%)
  • 2-3 tablespoons granulated sugar (depending on taste preferences)
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  • favorite fruit in an amount to cover the entire top of the tarts (in my raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)

Mascarpone cheese and heavy cream to put in a bowl mixer, add extract and powdered sugar. Mix everything fluffy cream.
Ready cream translate into chilled bottom, put fruit on top. Cool in refrigerator for an hour or more.

Or maybe you need to whip the cream first and then combine it with macarpone. That's what I used to do and it turned out
