Yoghurt Cake with Strawberries

Probably each of you has got their weakness. Today we tell you my. These are her dough yogurt, maślankach itp. So, I know, this is ridiculous, after all, the easiest cake. But I really can not bake them. I've done many times before, with different rules, in various combinations. Each time the same. Great, handsome ZAKALEC… So I slowly got used to the idea now, zakalec that is simply another kind of dough. But every now and again I find a recipe for yogurt cake and once again I hope, that it can succeed this time. So I announce my big success, I finally made it! I think it's my first time, when I'm in 100% satisfied with yoghurt cake. Light, fluffy and very moist. Well, very simple, once came up to me. A to, I had to bake the cake until 3 times, to finally be able to show you (every time disappeared in an unknown way), should be the best of its advertising. I recommend you very much!

The recipe comes from the blog Kwestia Smaku, but I highly simplified.

Ciasto jogurtowe z truskawkami | Yogurt cake with strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 2 glass* of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 3/4 glass of sugar
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar (16g)
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 25g melted butter, when cold (tyle ma być, not a bug)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of thick yogurt
  • ca. 500g strawberries or any fruit

All ingredients should be at room temperature.

Wash strawberries, Clean the stems and cut in half. In a bowl sift flour with baking powder. Whisk eggs with sugar in a clear and fluffy. Add yogurt, ekstrakt i masło, mix lightly. Then add the flour and gently mix everything. Do not stir too long, only to connect the components, so that the weight does not lose its fluffiness.

Plaque size 25x25cm baking parchment paper. Put the prepared mass and align. At the Top with strawberries.

Bake at 180 ° C for about 35 – 40 minutes, dry swab. After this time, remove from the oven, cool. Before serving, you can sprinkle the dough with powdered sugar.

*my glass = 250ml

I did with plums, later with strawberries- always perfect !!!! As soon as the oven comes with pears ,every time I do on a large baking tray and give plenty of fruit- goes great- not too high- children do not have a problem-I recommend the large plaque, really, sometimes I give one egg more, butter also more eye-up to half a cube,but goes ideał.Miałabym always wanted to add cocoa , so half a cup- what you think? + pears, Today I'd a done, but I had no kakaa.Ile of cocoa , as you think ? and on a chocolate glaze- serrdecznie greet -pachnie throughout the house !!!!!!!!!!!!

Best recipe! I think the first time I went there zakalec the dough yogurt (which, incidentally, I love). No somehow grew very (may have 3 cm in diameter, as someone has already posted above), though baked in a small, square baking tray. Maybe it's part of the wine flour, I baked on whole-wheat (type 750). But low cake is no minus, the most important is the lack of dressings 😀 And this is a negligible amount of fat is added plus. What is vanilla extract and then can be replaced? I always thought that was vanilla sugar but did not.

I baked this cake a week ago, taste very, very good, long holding freshness, just does not quite grown up, ie was ok… probably less than 3 cm and now I do not know whether this is to be, whether the form of the large, but the proportions should be good. Yesterday I baked with another provision, beautifully grown, was fluffy, slight and today is zakalec. Yesterday I baked in a springform pan in the same propocjach. It came out delicious !!! The first time it was not zakalec!!! Unfortunately, during the 2 hours has been messed up today I will try your next recipes.

Brilliant recipe! I tried many recipes from various sources and I compare. Specifically written. Especially big plus for this, it is described to accurately if you add. The proportions of the ideal, while doing everything happens as it should. Even is given the perfect time and cooking temperature. I really was looking for something like this! A little afraid of that pie, but completely unnecessary 🙂 It came out perfect the first time. I made the 1,5 portions – so that it entered the high sheet. The next time I'll try to add some of this white spelled flour and brown sugar – will be healthier 🙂

Co jest ze mną nie tak, że nie wychodzą mi te niby “simple” Dough ??
such, które robi się pół dnia : przekładane, kremowe, kilkuwarstwowe wychodzą mi i wszyscy się zachwycają, a takie “najzwyklejsze” mi padają.
Robiłam ze śliwkami i wyszło takie mocno zbite, taki prawie zakalec, a kawałeczek zostawiłam bez śliwek – córcia nie lubi z owocami – i jest ładnie wyrośnięte.
I'm sad but I'll still try.

Wow I look so out of cake:) well as yoghurt cake is also my nightmare:( I baked a few times with different rules and always zakalec or so dense,that it was impossible to eat…well and after a few failures I gave up…So how do I feel like this kind of cake that I'm going to the candy store, because there are always delicious and the plump…I know,I know they have their mix confectionery and never come out like a cake but I believe in it,and that alone can make homemade super delicious:) I read a lot of comments and a positive, so I undertake one more attempt:) is this thick yogurt supposed to be… read more »

I recently experimented with a German recipe for yogurt cake and left sooo zakalec you've never seen:)

baked yesterday, and although I was not trying to be particularly zakalec not out!always bake with buttermilk ,sour milk or yogurt called. Sponge cake powder for their specific taste and wilgotności.pyszności.pozdrawiam of the sea!
