Great, handsome ZAKALEC… So I slowly got used to the idea now, zakalec that is simply another kind of dough. But every now and again I find a recipe for yogurt cake and once again I hope, that it can succeed this time. So I announce my big success, I finally made it! I think it's my first time, when I'm in 100% satisfied with yoghurt cake. Light, fluffy and very moist. Well, very simple, once came up to me. A to, I had to bake the cake until 3 times, to finally be able to show you (every time disappeared in an unknown way), should be the best of its advertising. I recommend you very much!
The recipe comes from the blog Kwestia Smaku, but I highly simplified.
Ingredients:
- 2 glass* of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 3/4 glass of sugar
- 1 package of vanilla sugar (16g)
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 25g melted butter, when cold (tyle ma być, not a bug)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup of thick yogurt
- ca. 500g strawberries or any fruit
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Wash strawberries, Clean the stems and cut in half. In a bowl sift flour with baking powder. Whisk eggs with sugar in a clear and fluffy. Add yogurt, ekstrakt i masło, mix lightly. Then add the flour and gently mix everything. Do not stir too long, only to connect the components, so that the weight does not lose its fluffiness.
Plaque size 25x25cm baking parchment paper. Put the prepared mass and align. At the Top with strawberries.
Bake at 180 ° C for about 35 – 40 minutes, dry swab. After this time, remove from the oven, cool. Before serving, you can sprinkle the dough with powdered sugar.
*my glass = 250ml

Najszybciej w sklepach internetowych, sieci Piotr i Paweł, Kuchnie świata. Or do it yourself. Kilka lasek wanilii rozkroić wzdłuż, lekko rozchylić, zalać ciemnym rumem lub wódką. Po ok 2 tygodniach już się nadaje do użytku.

Best recipe! I think the first time I went there zakalec the dough yogurt (which, incidentally, I love). No somehow grew very (may have 3 cm in diameter, as someone has already posted above), though baked in a small, square baking tray. Maybe it's part of the wine flour, I baked on whole-wheat (type 750). But low cake is no minus, the most important is the lack of dressings 😀 And this is a negligible amount of fat is added plus. What is vanilla extract and then can be replaced? I always thought that was vanilla sugar but did not.
Vanilla extract is made from vanilla pod and alcohol. You can substitute vanilla paste or vanilla grains. If you do not have, skip it in the recipe. Vanilla sugar is completely this story…

such, które robi się pół dnia : przekładane, kremowe, kilkuwarstwowe wychodzą mi i wszyscy się zachwycają, a takie “najzwyklejsze” mi padają.
Robiłam ze śliwkami i wyszło takie mocno zbite, taki prawie zakalec, a kawałeczek zostawiłam bez śliwek – córcia nie lubi z owocami – i jest ładnie wyrośnięte.

I had to do today but the muffins with strawberries may tempt to your recipe but I have two questions : Can I use rye flour (diet and stuff) and that instead of a butter I add olive oil ?
