This cheese cake walk for me from the very, very long time, but what I bought the most important component (bars), strangely disappeared from the cabinet. That is why in a moment of great inspiration and great desire for cheesecake, I went to Ikea and night, was ready:). Cheesecake feeling satisfied all, who, though a bit like caramel. Ingredients for the bottom:
- 160 g ciastek digestive
- 60 g butter
- 50 g of finely chopped Daim bars
Grind cookies in blender, combine with melted butter and batonikami. With the diameter cake tin. 21 cm baking parchment paper and press in the bottom of the mass ciasteczkową. Cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cheese mass:
- 600 g of milled curd semi-double (wiaderkowego I used cream of a fat content around 26%)
- 1 glass of sugar
- 1 vanilla pudding (40 g)
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 3 eggs
- 150 ml sour cream 18%
- 150 ml double cream (I used about 80 ml)
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 g chopped Daim bars
Mixer until light cheese, sugar, pudding, barley, cream and vanilla extract until smooth. Then, one egg wbijaćć, mixing after each. Finally, stir in chopped candy bars.
Pour the cheese on bottom of prepared biscuit. Bake at 180 ° C for about 70 minutes. Because baked in springform pan with a diameter 20 cm in diameter, My cheesecake was equal with the top cake tin, So that I do not accidentally grown, baked at 150 ° C for 1,5 hours. Decoration on top:
- 200g of caramel

Digestive biscuits wholemeal biscuit, if you can not find, replace them with other wholegrain biscuits or common. Daimy can be replaced by similar, that are available in the grocery store ikea in, small bars wrapped in white and brown papers, Moreover Daimy are already available in Ikea, I saw it in Empik and shops Peter and Paul.
