  • 200g flour
  • 100g butter

  • 30g caster sugar

  • 600 ml of milk

  • 50g of wheat flour
  • 50g potato flour

Additionally:

  • 300g strawberries
  • 150g blueberries

In a saucepan boil the milk with vanilla bean. Bring to a boil and set aside (Remove vanilla pod from the milk).

Whip egg yolks with sugar to white. Mix the flour and add the yolks. Blend together, to obtain a smooth mass. Pour into a smooth paste and stir in milk. If the lumps grew, mix, until it is dissolved. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Since the boil cook 1 minute. Remove from oven and cool.

The cake has cooled put the cream and smooth. On top put fruit.

The cream sucks, watery. Works as for 3 tortuous!! I would make these cakes faster than this tart anyway. Too bad the ingredients are not worth doing! Such provisions should be deleted!! Failure!

Hello. Yesterday I made this tart and generally is super tasty 🙂 shortcake recipe comes from perfect,aczkolwiek co do kremu to uważam ze są podane troche złe proporcje. It seems to me,ze jest za dużo mleka jak na taką ilość mąk. Krem wyszedł mi bardzo lejący,co skutkowało tym ze musiałam dosypac sporo mąki przez co w kremie było czuć jej smak na języku. Podkreślam, ze robiąc początkowo krem,trzymałam się ściśle podanych w przepisie ilości produktów.
