It seems to me,ze jest za dużo mleka jak na taką ilość mąk. Krem wyszedł mi bardzo lejący,co skutkowało tym ze musiałam dosypac sporo mąki przez co w kremie było czuć jej smak na języku. Podkreślam, ze robiąc początkowo krem,trzymałam się ściśle podanych w przepisie ilości produktów.
Witam wlasnie zrobilam krem niestety zgestnial mi jak budyn co zrobilam zle? Wszystko robilam wg przepisu
