Ingredients:

- 125g melted butter
Additionally:
- 3 large apples, cut into small pieces
- 1-2 tablespoons brown sugar (depending on the apple)
- 1,5 teaspoon cinnamon
Peel the apples, Cut into quarters and hollow sockets. Cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with cinnamon and mix.
Whisk eggs with sugar and fluffy. For the compacted mass Slowly pour the melted and cooled butter, mixing all the time. Then add the cream and vanilla essence and continue to mix. Add flour, salt and baking powder and mix briefly, only to connect the components, mixer at high speed.
Baking mold with dimensions of 25×25 cm parchment paper for baking. Pour into the prepared mass. On top sprinkle the apples, Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes or so. dry stick. Remove from the oven, cool. Przestudzone cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

w obu przypadkach trzymałam się ściśle przepisu i w obu wyrosło na piękne ciasto po czym… opadło. Za pierwszym razem myślałam że za szybko wyjęłam z piekarnika i opadło tworząc “ciapę” dlatego za drugim nie wyjęłam go od razu tylko zostawiłam żeby powoli wystygło. W smaku ciasto jest pyszne ale opadło o połowę i środku wygląda jakby było ściśnięte. Nie wiem co jest nie tak bo wcześniej robiłam inne ciasta i wszystko wyszło ok
To, co opisujesz, to klasyczny zakalec. There could be several, np. składniki nie miały temperatury pokojowe lub ciasto było zbyt intensywnie mieszane – to jest najczęstszą przyczyną. Pewnie to nie będzie dla Ciebie zbytnie pocieszenie, ale te najłatwiejsze z pozoru ciasta okazują się najtrudniejsze w wykonaniu. Mi często również wychodzi zakalec – unfortunately.
