Drożdżowa babka czekoladowa na Wielkanoc / Easter chocolate cake yeast

Ingredients for medium-sized mold:

  • 7 yolks
  • 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 120g of dark chocolate dissolved
  • 30g of fresh yeast
  • 1,5 glass (250ml) of flour
  • 50g melted butter
  • 1/2 glass of milk [250ml]
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For mixing bowl sift the flour, make a hole in it, Pour a spoonful of sugar and crushed yeast. Pour half the hot (not hot) milk. Mix with a little flour so, in order to create consistency of thick cream. Allow to stand for 20 minutes, until the solution starts to work. After this time, beat egg yolks with the sugar on the rest of the fluff, add melted chocolate, the rest of the milk, butter, vanilla and pour into the grout. All the ingredients thoroughly to form a smooth, loose dough. Cake translate into a greased mold. Set aside covered to rise for 1.5 – 2 hours. During this time the dough should double in volume.

Bake at 180 ° C for about 50 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool moment in the form, then remove and cool on a wire rack. Favorite grandmother pour cooled sauce.

I would think it just nasączyła. I would be the perfect recipe – not too dry, chocolate, smoothly and to this lovely, as you can see in the pictures 🙂

Beautiful! I did a chocolate yeast crone recently. I had a slightly different recipe, I do not think it was butter. It is delicious!
