Tricolor bundt cake

Today, another proposal grandmother. Quietly, I have a couple more in the head, I do not know just, if time allows me to publish them all. This time, I suggest you to delicious, quite damp grandmother in three colors. Scented with vanilla, with the addition of cocoa and poppy. Who likes Bundt cakes, will not be disappointed. Not only, that tastes good, it still looks good. It goes smoothly, and would run, which is undoubtedly a great asset in the throes of Christmas preparations. I recommend!

Babka trójkolorowa / Tri-colour cake

Cover the ingredients in a small:

  • 250g butter, softened
  • 5 eggs (yolk and egg white separately)
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 2 glass (250ml) of flour – subtract one łyżę
  • vanilla sugar (16g)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract or a few drops of vanilla
  • 1,5 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 8 tablespoons oil (omitted)
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • half a cup of poppy

Beat butter with sugar and fluffy, add egg yolks, vanilla (oil), vinegar and mix together. Then add the sieved flour, baking powder and mix thoroughly. Egg white beat stiff and stir into the dough. Divide the dough into 3 of. To one add a tablespoon of cocoa, the second tablespoon of flour and poppy seeds into the third.

Cover the small (26x12cm, measured at the top) Grease the fat and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. At the bottom put a clear cake, dark and then on top of the poppy.

Bake at 180 ° C for 1 time or to a dry stick. After removing from oven and cool in the mold while and then remove and cool on a wire rack. Garnish with chocolate icing and flaked almonds or chopped.

My favorite topping:

  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa

Boil milk with sugar and butter, add sifted cocoa powder and mix thoroughly.

photo attracts like a magnet… 🙂 and if they want to kill the grandmother's grandmother in the mold with a chimney that would probably increase the poporcje true? Cover the how small do you mean by writing about it in the recipe?
