Mazurek kajmakowo - Chocolate (2w1)

I promised a second mazurka. Finally, Easter is almost seen, so you need to accelerate the pace. Cake as the recipe for mazurka chałwowego. Half of the mazurka did kajmakową ground and the other half of the mass kajmakową mixed with the water bath, dissolved in bitter chocolate.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 250g flour
  • 150g butter, diced, slightly softened
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt (I, it's far too much and I gave a little less than half a teaspoon)

  • 1 tablespoon of cold milk

All the ingredients knead into a ball. Put in the fridge for 1 hour.

Additionally:

  • two cans of mass kajmakowej (at 400g each)
  • 100g dark chocolate

Shaped, the dough, before baking. With me was the shape eggs, but can be baked in a square of side 24cm. Bake at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes – the browning of the dough.
