Marbled bundt cake

Like it very much. It reminds me of home and warmth ... It's so simple. Not przekombinowana. Just perfect. The original recipe was my mother's cocoa, which replaced the chocolate. My proposal for Easter.

Ingredients:

  • 225g butter, softened
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 2 glass of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 glass of milk [250ml]
  • 120g dark chocolate, melted in a water bath

Sift the flour with the powder and mix with salt. Beat butter on white, fluffy (ca. 3 minutes). Add sugar and continue beat (ca. 2 minutes). Add one egg, mixing after each addition. Add vanilla extract and mix. Then add the flour alternately with milk and thoroughly mix. Divide dough in half. To one part add the melted chocolate and mix.
The form * Cover the pan with dimensions of 30×12 cm smear with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Apply to change the light and dark cake. Having laid the dough into the mold with a fork or a long stick to make zigzags.
Bake at 160 ° C for about. 70 – 80 minutes or until dry stick.

very good, I made chocolate and orange peel. zakalec tiny dark crust because I do not, I shared in equal half. I will now cocoa because you do not have to play with dissolution:P thank you for the recipe and advice 😀
