Ingredients:
- 2 glass of flour
- 1 cup of potato flour
- heaped teaspoon of baking powder
- 3/4 glass oil
- 3/4 glass of sugar (dough is not sweet, as someone likes more sweet pastries, This can add more)
- spoon of vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5large eggs
- ca. 400g small fruits
Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar and extract to the light and fluffy, then slowly pour, oil all the time mixing. When you combine the eggs with the oil, gradually pour the sieved flour, baking powder, gentle stirring.
300g of fruit sprinkle with flour. Make the dough very gently stir the whole.
Plaque size 25x25cm baking parchment paper, translate into the prepared cake. On top sprinkle the remaining fruit.
Bake in oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 45 minutes. Do not bake too long, because the cake comes out too dry, therefore you need to check the stick, if the cake is ready. After this time, remove from oven and cool in the lamina, then remove and cool on a wire rack. Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar cake.
Enjoy!
Definitely too much flour….The dough does not rise. It was a waste of ingredients.
The dough rises without any problems. I don't know where the idea came from, that too much flour?
I love cake that gets in 10 minutes 😀

I did, 🙂 very tasty quick and simple execution. I love Mrs. rules 🙂
Thank you for the kind words 🙂
Pastry very good taste, but in these proportions came to me too hard and I think, that there is too much flour…
Well in my meal was so far gave the recipe, and did not work out too hard. But it can happen if such eggs were smaller. Much also depends on the same flour. If the dough is too dense, it is sufficient to add a little milk.
Regards.
Revelation! I love this cake. 🙂
And in my freezer pumpkin waiting for use… 🙂
Spread looks delicious 🙂
Very nice recipe and I'd like to try it out. My only question: the importance of adding oil to the dough instead of butter / margarine? Is it possible to use them instead of oil, and if so, in what quantities? Regards 🙂
I do not know, or has any greater significance, You can make butter, oil can be. I bake sometimes so, sometimes so. As for me, These oil are wetter. But this is a very subjective opinion. If you would like to add butter, that these proportions should be 200g. I think so.
Regards:)
