Babka czekoladowa z kawałkami czekolady | Chocolate cake with chocolate chips

Ingredients:

  • 120g of dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 150g butter, softened
  • 150g fine sugar for baking (I gave a small brown)
  • 3 eggs
  • 200g flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 100g droplets of chocolate or bittersweet chocolate, chopped (own invention)

Break the chocolate into small pieces and dissolved in warm milk. Allow to przestudzenia. Beat butter and sugar on the bright, fluffy. Add one egg, mixing after each. Then pour the chocolate and mix. Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa and add to the weight with chocolate drops. Thoroughly mix.

Cover the mold or fluted grandmother smear grease and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour prepared cake.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 45-50 minutes or so. dry stick (baked in a corrugated form and grandmother were high, to hell 55 minutes). After this time, remove from oven and cool. Remove the plates and pour the sauce. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

For icing:

  • 100g dark
  • 4 tablespoons whipping cream
  • handful of chopped almonds

And it became, after several minutes of fighting with butter mixer is burned! Any hint how to manually beat it butter? All my tools are dirty, instead of a smooth slurry weight, sugar and not at all dissolved 😉

I had chocolate 70% cocoa and established pulp, I added more water and it could be “POUR” (as it is used in the recipe word). Cupcake went great, I suspect only,that a high percentage of chocolate made, that the grandmother is very crumbling (hard). Best served with the addition of bananas 😀

I had two approaches to the grandmother, and every time the butter separating me from eggs (Now I know, it was due to the different temperature products 🙂 ). Slightly podłamana throwing another bowl delaminated “papki” of butter, sugar and eggs I found, that in spite of everything I try to add the remaining ingredients. To my great surprise, after the addition of chocolate, flour and cocoa consistency once again became uniform and the grandmother married a beautiful, overgrown and delicious 🙂 highly recommend 🙂

because cheesecake recipe came from Mrs. brilliant, Today I'm going to try this here grandmother. Unfortunately I do not have a home of fine sugar or baking instead better to use regular sugar or powdered sugar?

I gotta try this recipe before Christmas, I come forth unto me that I will stay for the holidays! baba the pictures looks wonderful, and these pieces of chocolate mmm! Only I'm afraid, that me these chocolate pieces will fall to the bottom of the dough! I always fall so as Pieke cake with chocolate chips! Is there any advice on this?
