A moja babka siedzi w piekarniku i nie rośnie …
Hello, czy zamiast masła mogę użyć margaryny np. Katrin? Mam wszystko – nawet kropelki czekoladowe, ale masło “came”.
Yours sincerely 🙂
Jeśli nie przeszkadza Ci smak margaryny, to możesz ją użyć.
Piekłas z termoobiegiem? Czy grzanie góra-dół?
Zawsze piekę góra dół, if it is otherwise, I marked it in the recipe.
Hello.
Babka wyszła znakomicie i tak samo smakuje.
I highly recommend to anyone łasuchowi 🙂
Thank 🙂
Hey Asiek 🙂 Can I add chocolate instead 3 tablespoons of cocoa?
You can.
Dissolved chocolate to be thick consistency? Leaking?
Dissolved chocolate rather not leaking. It is quite dense. To be simply dissolved. Less important, what it would be consistency.
I had chocolate 70% cocoa and established pulp, I added more water and it could be “POUR” (as it is used in the recipe word). Cupcake went great, I suspect only, that a high percentage of chocolate made, that the grandmother is very crumbling (hard). Best served with the addition of bananas 😀
Hmmm… this may be, that the high cocoa content chocolate caused her crushing. But should come out heavy and damp. I'm glad, that despite crushing tasted.
Regards!
I had two approaches to the grandmother, and every time the butter separating me from eggs (Now I know, it was due to the different temperature products 🙂 ). Slightly podłamana throwing another bowl delaminated “papki” of butter, sugar and eggs I found, that in spite of everything I try to add the remaining ingredients. To my great surprise, after the addition of chocolate, flour and cocoa consistency once again became uniform and the grandmother married a beautiful, overgrown and delicious 🙂 highly recommend 🙂
You do not need to worry about, that the butter is separated from the egg. After adding the flour problem disappears!
Regards:)
