Ingredients for approximately 30 pieces of cookies (depending on the size):
- 300g flour
- teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 250g butter, softened
- 150g caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100g droplets chocolate or milk chocolate, chopped
- a big handful of chocolate drops or chocolate, chopped
Whip the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add milk, vanilla extract and mix. Mix flour with baking powder and salt, add weight and blend together. At the end of the pour drops of chocolate and mix thoroughly. The dough balls to do a fair size (the size of a large walnut). Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Lightly flatten.
