This is my own recipe.
Chocolate Meringue (components of the two tops):
- 6 egg white
- 250g caster sugar
- 3 tablespoons of good cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar

- 500g mascarpone (I use Piątnicy)
- 350ml chilled whipping cream
- 250g lemon curd (put one tablespoon for decoration)
- 50g of icing sugar
All components of the cream in a bowl put the mixer and beat together and fluffy. Lemon cream is strongly, If you do not like the taste so strong, add lemon curd to be gradually.
Lemon curd can be bought ready-made or make yourself. I recommend this, who had already done, by the way cheesecake with poppy seeds.
- abraded skin and juice squeezed 3 cytryn
- 75g butter
- 250g of sugar
- 3 large eggs
The heat-resistant bowl placed over a pair of warm sugar, butter, zest and juice of lemons. Mix, until sugar is dissolved and the whole will be warm. Eggs exactly fluff and add to the warm ground. Heat, stirring constantly until, until the mixture begins to stick to the spoon. It is a sign, the eggs thickened. Be very careful, heat not to place undue weight, because the eggs may be cut. Ready to leave the cream to cool completely.
