Chocolate cake with pears

This cake came out spontaneously. I did not plan five. But it occurred to me craving for something chocolate, So while thinking – and this cake is just the thing. The usual, simple, no frills, without removing the mixer:) Quite compact, very informative, and the addition of pears makes, that is wet. And when they have baked, I thought it, that will be a perfect complement to mass pudding. I was not wrong at all. It tastes great. I recommend you very much.

This is my own recipe, Based on my murzynku.

Ciasto czekoladowe z gruszkami | Chocolate cake with pears


  • * ½ cup of milk
  • 250g butter or margarine
  • teaspoon of lard (as you do not have or do not like it pomińcie)
  • 1 and ½ cup brown sugar (You can use a regular, but then you need to add less)
  • 5 heaped tablespoons of cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 and ½ cup flour
  • ca. 600g hard but sweet pears, peeled and cut into large cubes


  • 2 vanilla pudding
  • 700ml of milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 200g butter, softened

In a saucepan, heat the milk, with butter, lard and sugar, stirring from time to time,. When the ingredients have combined gradually add the sifted cocoa and rum, stirring. Do not allow to boil. While cool, then add the sieved flour batch of baking powder, roztrzepanymi alternating with eggs. (I have not even pulled out the mixer, I did a hand whisk). At the end add the pears and mix together.

Sheet size 35x25cm baking parchment paper or grease smear and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour prepared cake. Bake in oven preheated to 180 ° C for about. 45 – 50 minutes. or a dry stick. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

When the cake is baked, Prepare pudding mass: In a pot, put 700ml milk and whisk in the pudding mix.. Bring to with the sugar and vanilla extract.. Pour the boiling milk pudding stir and cook about. 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool. Soft fluffy whipped butter, light weight, add a spoonful of pudding cold all the time mixing. The finished ground surface spread the cooled cake. You can also pour the melted dark chocolate.

I made this cake a second time. The first time everything came out great. Unfortunately, the mass weighed 🙁 I came out delicious cake, of your table…
I did everything according to regulation. I do not know where I made a mistake. Please help, some hint, because the dough tastes very household and I would like them to do yet again, but weighed weight does not look good. Is the mass weighed be saved?

As soon as I saw this cake I had, I had to bake it just 🙂 10 min sitting in the oven.
