This cake came out spontaneously. I did not plan five. But it occurred to me craving for something chocolate, So while thinking – and this cake is just the thing. This is my own recipe, Based on my murzynku.
Ingredients:
- * ½ cup of milk
- 250g butter or margarine

- 1 and ½ cup brown sugar (You can use a regular, but then you need to add less)
- 5 heaped tablespoons of cocoa
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 6 large eggs
- 2 and ½ cup flour
- ca. 600g hard but sweet pears, peeled and cut into large cubes
Additionally:
- 2 vanilla pudding
- 700ml of milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 200g butter, softened
In a saucepan, heat the milk, with butter, lard and sugar, stirring from time to time,. When the ingredients have combined gradually add the sifted cocoa and rum, stirring. Do not allow to boil. While cool, then add the sieved flour batch of baking powder, roztrzepanymi alternating with eggs. (I have not even pulled out the mixer, I did a hand whisk). At the end add the pears and mix together.
Sheet size 35x25cm baking parchment paper or grease smear and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour prepared cake. Bake in oven preheated to 180 ° C for about. 45 – 50 minutes. or a dry stick. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
When the cake is baked, Prepare pudding mass: In a pot, put 700ml milk and whisk in the pudding mix.. Bring to with the sugar and vanilla extract..
