The recipe comes from the book 'Cakes, cookies and muffins'.
Ingredients for approximately 30 pieces:
- 0,5kg of apples (Antonówka or rennet is best)
- 2 tablespoons of water

- 120g butter or margarine (I used butter)
- 150g flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- a quarter teaspoon of baking soda
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- * half a cup of chopped walnuts
Peel the apples, cut out the core and cut into cubes. Then sauté together with the water over low heat, until soft. Mix and rub through a sieve into a must (will be needed 3/4 * dense mousse cups).
