- 500g flour
- 100g butter

Ingredients for the pudding:
- 1,5 glass of milk
[250ml] ( my glass = 250ml)
- 2 heaped tablespoons of flour
- 2 heaped tablespoons of potato flour

- 2 teaspoon vanilla paste or vanilla extract
- 1 1 egg
- 1 yolk
Boil a glass of milk with sugar and vanilla extract. The remaining milk, mix with eggs and flours. Pour the boiling milk and cook, stirring constantly pudding. Cool.
