At this point I feel obliged to explain, why my waves of the Danube are reversed. The recipe comes from an old notebook of my mother.
Ingredients:
- 1,5 glass of flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1,5 teaspoons of baking powder
- vanilla sugar (16g)
- 1,5 tablespoons of cocoa

- 6 eggs (separate the yolk and the egg white)
- margarine (250g, melted and cooled)
- 400g cherries (I gave frozen)
Whip egg whites to stiff peaks, at the end of churning add the sugar, whisking all the time. Then add one egg, mixing after each. Finally, add sieved flour with baking powder alternately with the cooled margarine. Prepared dough into two parts. One part should be slightly larger. Plaque with dimensions of 30×25 fat spray spray * Easy Bake or parchment paper for baking. Pour most of the cakes on lamina. For the second part add cocoa and milk and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter onto the dark part of the light. Put cherries and lightly press it.
Bake at 180 ° C for about. 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Prepare mass budyniowo – butter.
Weight budyniowo – butterfish:
- 0,5liters of milk
- 2 tablespoons of potato flour
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla pudding (powder)
- little more than half a cup of sugar
- vanilla sugar (for me by mistake Almond)
- 200g butter, softened
With 0.5 liters of milk half a cup of pee. dissolve in the flour and custard. The rest of the milk to boil with sugar. Pour into boiling milk and pudding of flour dissolved and all the time to cook a thick pudding mix. Set aside to cool.
Soft butter, mix in the powder, add a spoonful of the cooled custard and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Once cooled, put the weight on the dough and spread evenly. Set aside in a cool place to a concentration. During this time, prepare the chocolate sauce.
Glaze:
- 60g butter
- 200g dark chocolate (or milk or half and half)
Dissolve in a water bath with chocolate butter. Spread evenly over cooled mass budyniowo-butyrate. Allow the cake to the concentration of chocolate.

Although many times before I was wondering, how it works, it somehow never had the courage to find out personally. I'm quite a big doubter and I go to this type of inventions with great reserve. My surprise was great after baking, I confess, I do not fully believe, that such 'miracles’ work. The dough came out of the mold without problems. I can honestly recommend this spray to you.
