In anticipation of inspired me, which disappeared with the passing of the old year, I made a delicious, Classic cupcakes with chocolate flecks in the middle. Very fluffy and moist. Ingredients:

  • 80g melted butter
  • 80g bits of chocolate and chopped, dark chocolate
  • 200g flour
  • 100g brown sugar
  • package of vanilla sugar (16g)
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml of milk

In a bowl combine flour with sugar, cocoa, baking powder, soda and a pinch of salt. In a second bowl combine melted butter with the milk and egg. The contents of the two vessels connected together so, that all ingredients are moist, at the end stir in chocolate particles (I did it with a fork).

The form of the muffin put muffin cups or grease smear and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Fill the molds to 3/4 of.

Bake at 180 ° C for 20 – 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 5 minutes. Then remove from the mold and cool on a wire rack.

Będę robiła mufiny w niedzielę wieczorem dla córki do przedszkola . Myślisz ze w poniedziałek będą dobre ? Czy tą gorzką czekoladę mogę zastąpić mleczną? Robie dla takich małych dzieci 2-3 letnich wiec pomyślałam że może z mleczną czekoladą.

Recipe tried, delicious muffins came to such a degree that they ate in one afternoon and the next day another portion of baked, and my kids bravely helped in the preparation of the dough. I have a question. Can I safely just add the cherry jam, whether it somehow breaks? I tried various provisions and each jam as I add it during baking it flows out. And that usually is good with the jam.

I checked 2 How times 🙂 add jam, it does not break and it is not full. Thank you for the recipe! Muffins are not dry, feel cocoa, just pride. I recommend!

Hey 😉 I am a layman when it comes to baking muffins, but I did it twice. I have a problem, that has cooled, when you want to remove the muffin with half the wrapper is in this piece of paper.. baked in 175 degrees about 20 minutes, mode piekarnija ”Top and bottom”. A recipe very similar to yours. Only, I do not use brown sugar and oil instead of butter added. Also, do not add vanilla sugar (because I found the recipe in advance) and do not add salt. The taste is very good, but the dough sticking to the wrapper.. Any advice what to do to come out good? Because Christmas is coming..

Hell 2 times with a friend, Delicious. First time, dodałyśmy little sprinkles. The second time, already baked the same for siblings and I would recommend for casting into molds to put some np.malin, if you like. It tastes great! On Sunday I'll be doing for the holidays. Thank you for the recipe. Great fun, and with a good dessert. 🙂

I did have cupcakes with this recipe – and not once… are great! Now, unfortunately, I'm in my student flat and have no way of accurately measuring out the ingredients in grams, and I have no experience in baking… whether the provision could somehow transform from grams to cups? 😀

I took advantage of your recipe, and cupcakes are amazing, but I have a few questions:
1. What to do to muffins were more “moist” the next day he grew especially dry from the top
2. or how it will add czelokade milk will be more sweeter?
