Why is this so called Cake, I have no idea. But I know, it is very simple and very, very delicious. Chatka Baby Jagi

Ingredients:

  • 500g curd cream (such a cube, or good in a bucket with a fat content exceeding 20%, I used “My favorite” from Wielun)
  • 100g butter, softened
  • little more than a half cup of powdered sugar
  • vanilla sugar (16g)
  • tablespoon cocoa
  • 2 yolk (if someone is afraid of raw eggs, I, that nothing will happen as they will not add)
  • 3 pack of biscuits (such ordinary, most ordinary)

Additionally, and optionally:

  • favorite delicacies (in my currants, almonds and coconut)

Glaze:

  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sifted cocoa

Milk, sugar, Boil butter. Pour the sifted cocoa powder and mix thoroughly. The density of the coating can be adjusted by adding milk as needed (if too thick) or cocoa (if it is too thin)

Hi I have a question my mother in law makes this cheesecake and puts one day before the refrigerator unless drenched in chocolate roof but I'm not sure at this stage but I see that it probably is not necessary if you do not do a Spread out:-) ?
