I could not eat, I came out for the ears, So I made a tasty muffin. Very soft, very fragrant and packed with raspberries. With the addition of whole-wheat flour and white chocolate. Just pride! The recipe comes from the book 'Muffins and cupcakes'.
Ingredients 12 muffinek:
- 100g of wheat flour
- 150g of whole-wheat flour (for me the type of 2000)
- 50g of oat flakes
- 120g caster sugar cane
- 1 large egg
- 1 glass of milk
- 60ml of oil
- 2,5 teaspoons of baking powder
- 200g raspberries
- 100g chopped, White Chocolate
Traditionally, as the muffins in a bowl combine all dry ingredients in a second all wet. The contents of both vessels mix together only to connect the components (I do it with a fork). At the end add the chopped chocolate and raspberries and stir gently.
The form of the muffin cups or muffin put grease smear and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Fill the dough into 3/4 of molds.
Bake at 190 ° C for about 25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
