Ingredients 12 pieces:
- 2 big apple
- 280g flour
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 100g brown sugar
- 80 ml of oil
- 200g buttermilk
- 125 ml of apple juice
Peel the apples, cut into quarters, remove seeds and cut into small pieces.
In a bowl mix flour with cinnamon, baking powder, garden, sugar and salt. In the second egg mix, apple juice, oil and buttermilk. The contents of the two vessels connected together so, that all the ingredients were moist. Finally, stir in apples.
