And this time it did not disappoint me. Delicious, moist and springy in the middle, fragrant summer and on top of crispy crumble. What could be better? I recommend!
The recipe comes from the book ‘Muffinki’.
Ingredients 16 muffinek:
- 250g of wheat flour
- 120g melted butter
- 120g of sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 300g sour cream ( I used 18%)
- 200g of any fruit (in my raspberries and blueberries)
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, soda, sugar, salt. In the second all wet: cream, 1 egg, melted butter. The contents of the two vessels connected together so, that all the ingredients were moist. Do not mix too long and carefully, it will fall after baking muffins. Finally, gently stir in fruit.
The form of the muffin cups or muffin put grease smear and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Cake molds to fill 3/4 of. On top sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- 100g of wheat flour
- 80g of sugar
- 60g melted butter
