And there is probably nothing more wonderful the smell of yeast dough (not, except maybe apple pie:) ). So much so, enjoying the smell of, that food is not already an important… Today I propose you a yeast triangles stuffed with apples, but you can use any favorite fruit and it will be proudly. For mixing bowl sift the flour, make a hole in it and pour the crushed yeast, with sugar and half of lukewarm milk. Mix with a little flour so, in order to create mass with the consistency of thick cream. Allow to stand for 20 minutes, moved by dilution. After this time, add the yolks, in the remaining milk, melted butter and mix smooth, the dough. Cover with a cloth and let stand at room temperature to rise. The dough should double in volume. After this time, remove from the pan, and briefly to form. Roll out fairly thinly. Cut the dough squares (with me about 10×10 cm in diameter) and impose prepared apples. Horns stick together so, triangle formed by. Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving a lot of space. Allow to stand for 20 minutes until puffed up. After this time, beaten lightly grease the horns of a egg white tablespoon water.
Bake at 180 ° C for 20 – 25 minutes. Cones should be nicely browned. After removing from oven and cool while still warm sprinkle with powdered sugar.
