A long ago been my dream. Whenever I saw them in confectioners dostawiałam sialorrhea and had necessarily to buy and eat. I even think I would not come, that one day I'll bake them herself:) Easy to do and very tasty. The original recipe was chocolate and whipped cream, but I prefer my version, though not impossible, also that the latter do. My little daughter – eater – They fell in love with the great and unconditional love:) I recommend!
The recipe comes from the book 'Chocolate', I give to my changes.
Ingredients 6 pieces:
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 spoon of vanilla sugar
- 7,5 tablespoons of plain flour
- 4 tablespoons apricot jam (I did not gave)
Additionally:
- 200g mascarpone
- 100g heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (or more as you like sweeter)
Eggs with sugar until light and fluffy. Sift flour, gently stir the second egg. Put baking sheet with parchment paper. Teach one spoon and spread the weight so, to have formed an oval cookie. Keep space between pancakes, because rising during baking.
Bake at 160 ° C for 6 – 8 minutes. The book is given the temperature of 220 °, but I think at such a temperature that will come out hard cakes would break us up when we make them in half.
