Yeast cake with fruit and bread crumbs

Ciasto drożdżowe z borówkami i z kruszonką

 

Ingredients:

  • 3,5 glass of flour
  • 0,5 glass of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 glass of warm milk

  • vanilla sugar (16g)

Ingredients for the crumble

  • 50 g melted butter
  • 10 tablespoons of flour
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • vanilla sugar (16 g)

Bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool on a wire rack.

The dough was left out of the oven. I made with plums and sprinkle the cinnamon crumble 🙂
