Ingredients 10 ducks:
- 500g flour
- 30g of fresh yeast (dry to give half)

- powdered sugar for the icing
- 10 currants
Sift flour into a bowl, make a hole in it, Pour crushed yeast, Lyze sugar and pour half of the warm milk. Overwhelm a small amount of flour so, in order to create consistency of thick cream. Allow to stand for 15 minutes, moved by dilution. After this time, add the melted butter and other ingredients, to form a smooth dough.
