Ingredients 10 ducks:
- 500g flour
- 30g of fresh yeast (dry to give half)
- 60g of sugar
- 250ml of milk
- 60g butter
- 1 1 egg
- pinch of salt
Additionally:
- 200g any jam (in my strawberry) to nadziania
- yolk for brushing rolls
- powdered sugar for the icing
- 10 currants
Sift flour into a bowl, make a hole in it, Pour crushed yeast, Lyze sugar and pour half of the warm milk. Overwhelm a small amount of flour so, in order to create consistency of thick cream. Allow to stand for 15 minutes, moved by dilution. After this time, add the melted butter and other ingredients, to form a smooth dough. Kneaded dough aside to rise ( with me after doubled its volume). Then remove the dough from the bowl, short to form and divided into 10 of. From each of the three balls do- high on the belly ducks, less per capita and the lowest on the nose. The biggest ball flatten, put jam and form a ball, carefully squeezed the dough, not to jam leaked. Head and beak duck egg yolk stick to the belly. Ready ducks put on a baking tray lined with baking paper, cover with a cloth and let stand for 15 minutes. Before baking, coat the whole duck egg yolk.
Bake at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes, to a nice golden brown in ducks. After this time, remove and cool. With powdered sugar and a few drops of lemon juice (or water) make frosting. Do ducks eyes with icing and raisins.
