You can imagine, that he had never done bajaderek? For me very hard to believe. I basically do not know why it happened. Not, I actually. Just do not laugh. I thought so far, bajaderki that something much complicated… really. Now the same I want to laugh with each other. Because I think it can not be easy. Just an old biscuit, cake and little cakes and you can create. Quick and tasty. In a simple way we can prepare beautiful, small cookies. I actually do not know, is it still bajaderki, that are closer to the truffle… I recommend you very much!
The inspiration for this recipe was found on the blog bajaderki Mala Cukierenka, but the recipe is pretty much modified.
Ingredients for approximately. 25 pieces (after 25g):
- 200g of dry biscuit or finely crushed biscuits (Cocoa sponge cake with me)
- about 10 – 12 round biscuits broken into larger pieces
- 150g dark chocolate
- 50g masła
- 100g mascarpone
- 100g your favorite nuts, finely chopped (chopped almonds with me)
- a few drops of any flavor (Rum with me)
Additionally:
- colored sprinkles for reeling favorite beads or chopped nuts
Sponge blender crush, place into a large bowl, add coarsely crushed biscuits (to be greater, tactile pieces), almonds, the mascarpone aromat. Melt butter with chocolate, add to biscuit. All ingredients are combined with each other. Wet hands to form small balls, posypkach colorful coat or nuts. Finished beads cool in the refrigerator for several hours. Remove ok. half an hour prior to.

Asiu, What do you think, how long you can keep the baked sponge cake bajaderki? I baked specially for bajaderek but it turned out, that guests will be only for a week… Where should I keep it and how – in the film without air or in a refrigerator? I'll be grateful for the advice 🙂
I I wrap tightly in aluminum foil, Put in a plastic bag and hid in the garage or refrigerator. Endure a week without a problem.

Some other hard cheese such as cream. Philadelphia, must have just enough firm texture.
