Chocolate cream:

  • cube of soft butter (200g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g caster sugar
  • a shot of vodka ( I did not have vodka - Igave rum)
  • 50g milk chocolate
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • spoon of vanilla sugar (I gave a real vanilla sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50g of finely chopped bittersweet chocolate

Additionally:

  • ca. 30g melted chocolate in a water bath

In a pot boil water, set the bowl on it so, not to touch the water. Push the eggs into a bowl and blend at high speed mixer, until the mixture becomes thick and triples its volume. Allow to przestudzenia.

Dissolve the chocolate in a water bath.

Beat the butter fluffy and light weight, add sugar and melted chocolate and mix together, then add the egg, mixing all the time and finally pour the vanilla extract and vodka (Greek). Mix. To the finished cream add chopped dark chocolate and mix.
