Tort tiramisu

If you like classic tiramisu, then this cake is just for you. Easy and quick to make and very, so delicious. Such a small variation of tiramisu on biscuits. I recommend in particular those, who are afraid of raw eggs in the traditional tiramisu. There are none. My seven-year-daughter, despite the addition of coffee – perhaps because, simply fond of the dessert. I recommend a very!

Ingredients for the sponge:

  • 6 eggs (separate the yolk and the egg white)
  • cup flour
  • 4 tablespoons of potato flour
  • 3/4 glass caster sugar

Whip egg whites to stiff peaks, at the end of churning add the sugar in batches, mixing all the time. Then add one egg mix, each. Finally, gently stir in sifted flour (I did it on the slowest speed mixer).

Bake at 170 ° C for about 30 minutes, or what is called a dry stick. To soak:

  • 150ml of hot water
  • 3 teaspoon of instant coffee
  • 60ml amaretto

  • 800g mascarpone
  • 200g double cream
  • 80g of icing sugar (If you like sweet pulp, add more sugar)
  • 1,5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additionally:

  • 80g chocolate chips (or grated chocolate)

Beat the mascarpone with fondant, sugar and vanilla extract and fluffy. Top coat them first, Sprinkle with grated chocolate, cover with another top, spread with cream, Sprinkle with chips and cover the last top. The top and sides, spread the cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate. The finished cake cool in the refrigerator for several hours.

Hello :) My grandmother celebrates her 70th birthday on Saturday. I would love to make this cake for her because she loves tiramisu :) I have a question about amaretto liqueur, and realizes you can if it is available in smaller bottles, or just 0,7 the. ? And if maybe I could replace it with something else, I saw an amaretto flavored syrups for coffee, They are smaller, This can? What do you think of that? I did the day before, happily, for the day of the event simply would not have had time to. I 100% amateur in baking cakes and cake never done in my life.

I generally love the pies ,I do not like tiramisu kawowymi but as my most favorite,strange but maybe that's why I like the cream of the mascarpone.Twój looks beautiful and is so high:)
