If you like classic tiramisu, then this cake is just for you. Easy and quick to make and very, so delicious. Such a small variation of tiramisu on biscuits. Ingredients for the sponge:

  • 6 eggs (separate the yolk and the egg white)
  • cup flour
  • 4 tablespoons of potato flour
  • 3/4 glass caster sugar
