Cheesecake is good for all. Always and everywhere. I love to bake cheesecakes, and always, but I always do it spontaneously. I'm not a master in the baking, because sometimes I fall and break, but it never happened, I failed to taste. So it is with the cheesecake. Smooth, but no cream, rather heavy and dense. The addition of strawberries adds to its character. It is simply delicious. Perfect for summer days. I recommend you very much!
This is my own recipe.
Components of the bottom biscuit:
- 150g neo or oreo cookies (without filling – filling must be removed) or any other biscuits *
- 70g butter
Crumble cookies in a blender, add melted butter and mix to established 'wet sand'. The bottom of the springform pan with a diameter of 22cm parchment paper for baking, Grease the sides firmly. Put the bottom of the springform pan cakes, align. Put in the fridge while preparing the cheese.
Ingredients for the cheese:
- 700g of milled curd at least twice (I used to Piątnicy wiaderkowego)
- 3/4 glass of sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 vanilla pudding
- 4 large eggs
- about 400g of strawberries washed, dry and devoid of stems
In mixing bowl place the cottage cheese, add sugar, vanilla sugar, extract Budyně. Mix everything thoroughly, but not for long, only to connect the components. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, stick to the cheesecake and bake for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 140 ° C and bake for another 50 minutes. Cheesecake is ready, protrude from the sides of the mold and the center of the truncated. After this time, turn off the oven, repeal the door and let cheesecake cool completely. Then chill in the refrigerator for several hours, and preferably all night.
