Cheesecake with Strawberries

Cheesecake is good for all. Always and everywhere. I love to bake cheesecakes, and always, but I always do it spontaneously. I'm not a master in the baking, because sometimes I fall and break, but it never happened, I failed to taste. So it is with the cheesecake. Smooth, but no cream, rather heavy and dense. The addition of strawberries adds to its character. It is simply delicious. Perfect for summer days. I recommend you very much!

This is my own recipe.

Components of the bottom biscuit:

  • 150g neo or oreo cookies (without filling – filling must be removed) or any other biscuits *
  • 70g butter

Crumble cookies in a blender, add melted butter and mix to established 'wet sand'. The bottom of the springform pan with a diameter of 22cm parchment paper for baking, Grease the sides firmly. Put the bottom of the springform pan cakes, align. Put in the fridge while preparing the cheese.

Ingredients for the cheese:

  • 700g of milled curd at least twice (I used to Piątnicy wiaderkowego)
  • 3/4 glass of sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 vanilla pudding
  • 4 large eggs
  • about 400g of strawberries washed, dry and devoid of stems

In mixing bowl place the cottage cheese, add sugar, vanilla sugar, extract Budyně. Mix everything thoroughly, but not for long, only to connect the components. Then add one by one eggs, mixing after each. Pour the dough is prepared biscuit bottom. Strawberries cut in half, and even put on top of the curd.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, stick to the cheesecake and bake for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 140 ° C and bake for another 50 minutes. Cheesecake is ready, protrude from the sides of the mold and the center of the truncated. After this time, turn off the oven, repeal the door and let cheesecake cool completely. Then chill in the refrigerator for several hours, and preferably all night.

*if the accident occurred to you to use the entire cake, together with the mass, do not do it, instead you come out the bottom tasty wet slush

Hello, chcialam zapytac czy mozna pominac budyn, a jesli nie to czy ma byc on ugotowany czy prosto z paczki? I never baked cheesecake and after comments and photo I got a great desire to try it 🙂 Thanks for responding

Hey Asia 😉 evening I was baking the cheese cake, but in a larger form 😉 hope, it will only have a delicious 😉 pytanko, or you can bake it in “water bath” or not very?
PS. crept like a small mistake at the beginning of the provision, instead “add melted butter” is “cake” 😀 but it's a small detail 😀

Also I hope, that will be my taste, cheesecakes because they taste so mean to me, but strawberries.. 😉 mmm… I could eat them non-stop 😀 and no appeal to me this recipe, and strawberry cheesecake because it is something, what my husband loves 😀 and as you know, through the stomach to the heart 😉

If I may add- so dense because there is no foam that adds fluffiness-I am doing the same but the yolk mix with the sugar until I make froth protein mix all the ingredients and add 2 froth tablespoons semolina and mix gently in one direction to merged with the weight of the cheese-guarantees will pyszniejszy-recommended
