Such a simple cake, ot, just cocoa biscuits. But I have something of such, that when they saw, I knew, I had to do it. They are tasty, just in time for afternoon tea, or jackdaws:). Biscuit dough is done quickly, but just to be done at the beginning gave me a little trouble, because the dough is too hard kleiło. So I put in the freezer for 20 minutes and immediately it was easier to work. I recommend!
The recipe comes from the book 'Chocolate'.
Ingredients:
- 100g butter, softened
- 225g of wheat flour
- 100g of sugar
- 1 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cocoa (I gave 1.5 tablespoons)
Adoption:
- 15g butter
- 100g dark chocolate
- powdered sugar
Whip butter with sugar soft smooth and fluffy. Add egg and mix together. Sift flour with cocoa and stir to ground. Knead a smooth dough. Cool in the refrigerator 15 minutes ( My cake after this time are very kleiło, then froze them for 20 minutes in the freezer).
The length of the dough to make rolls around. 10 – 12 cm in diameter. and thickness 5 mm thickness. Braid pretzels. Arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 190 ° C for 8 – 12 minutes. I baked at 180 ° C for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool briefly on baking tray, then transfer to rack to cool completely.
Melt butter with chocolate in a water bath. Dip half in melted chocolate precelka. Wait until the bearing chocolate will flow. Ready pretzels put on the box, the chocolate froze. Some uncovered chocolate pretzels sprinkled with powdered sugar.
