But the desire to bake anything, was stronger than anything. Small cookies (was no, whether it is cookies?), that your children will love, but certainly I am also satisfied by. Magdalenki / Madeleines

Ingredients (I went out with 24pcs):

  • 3 eggs
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 16g of sugar with real vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100g melted butter
  • 150g flour

Whisk eggs and sugar fluffy and light weight. Add extract and mix. Sift the flour and gently stir in the egg. Finally, add the dissolved and cooled down butter and mix well. Fill the madeleine mold on the 3/4 of.

I love madeleines, but I melted butter oil is replaced – so it is healthier (more omega-3, less cholesterol) 🙂
