This cake has a very long time I've seen on various blogs. Was looking at them, watched, and although I was very curious, somehow I was not sure, that is good. Because it intrigued me how much this add zucchini to bother me as much… Well it 's me… But after assurances by Kasia, it is worth trying in the end I decided, and baked. Now I know, that the long delayed:). Cake from the book "Chocolate & Zucchini” C. Dusoulier, found in Katrin. Try it and see for yourself. I recommend!
Ingredients:
- 350g zucchini with peel
- 240g flour
- 200g of sugar (replaced by brown)
- 60g cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 120 ml of oil
- 4 eggs
Grate the zucchini coarse mesh. Sift flour with cocoa mix, Coffee, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy and light weight. Slowly add oil, whisking all the time. Reduce the mixer speed and add 2/3 dry ingredients. Stir to combine the ingredients. The remainder of the dry ingredients mix with the zucchini and then add to cake. Mix thoroughly, until all ingredients have combined.
The form of diameter 23 cm smear with fat and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. For me it was a form 24 cm of the chimney. Put her weight.
Bake at 180 ° C for about 50 – 60 minutes.

Yesterday I bought a newspaper with the regulations and there is a recipe for zucchini pie. A little twisted at the thought of warzywie in the dough, but seeing your pictures and it, as encouraging, possible, that tempt and do them 🙂

Asiek, I recommend you a cake with warzywy – zucchini, carrots, pumpkin or even beets. The cakes are then very good and moist 🙂 just like your looks.
