Looking through blogs in search of culinary inspiration, I came across in Katrin It ciacho. And so Zerkalo at me with a monitor screen, I could not resist it… Although plans had very different:). Cake is done quickly. It is very buttery with a hint of coconut and plump. It will fit the cherries, but I think, with any fruit that will be just as delicious. I recommend!!
Ingredients:
- 300g flour
- 70g grated coconut
- 200g of sugar + 3 tablespoons
- 220g butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 custard cream (powder)
- 3 teaspoons baking powder Baking
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 500g wydrylowanych cherries
In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, and coconut pudding. Butter until light and fluffy and sugar, white mass (ca. 5 minutes). Add one egg and milk, subsequent mixing 2-3 minutes. To the finished weight of butter and egg add the dry ingredients and blend on high speed, until all the ingredients are well combined.
Plaque measuring 25×30 cm smear with fat and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or parchment paper for baking. Transfer to the prepared cake, sprinkle the cherries on top and sprinkle with three tablespoons of sugar.
Bake at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes or until dry stick.
After cooling, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Enjoy!
